REVIT EXPERIENCE
In the past 7 plus years I have worked on modeling everything from small to medium size models on my own to large models in a team environment in a support role to systems lead modeler over a small team of five or less support modelers. Modeling everything from small colleges to stadium builds, airports, colleges, retail outlets, government buildings, green technology solar projects and high-rise buildings. From small data centers to large multi building campus data sites including site power, lighting, medium voltage, LV data, fire alarm and telecom systems. These include both underground and overhead conduit runs, cable tray, busway systems and supports.
CERTIFIED AS A BIM MODELER II IN ELECTRICAL DESIGN - NOVEMBER 2020

LEADERSHIP
Leadership is not just managing people on a team. It's the ability to mentor and identify strengths and weaknesses of each team member and giving them the tools and path to grow. To listen to good ideas and implement them. To reward accordingly for hard work shown. It's the ability to make good solid decisions and the ability to find good solutions that are good for the department as well as the company as a whole. It's the ability to continue learning and becoming lean within the industry as the industry changes and evolves.
